Email Campaigns

I currently run several opt-in email campaigns for No Bull Mortgage. Including a newsletter and a graphical email of their monthly specials (Click here for samples). This includes 10 different, targeted mailing lists each with one to four "Editions" or templates.

I also coded a simple newsletter engine for Pria Ministries where either the client or myself can update the address list, input the newsletter articles and preview the newsletter before sending.

Tree-Mail Campaigns

I designed and run "tree-mail" marketing campaigns for No Bull Mortgage. This includes maintaining the database of names and addresses, setting up form letters, designing graphical postcards and researching fastest/easiest/least-expensive ways of producing and sending them.

Online Classifieds

I regularly post service-based ads on Craigslist for No Bull Mortgage. For them I use a very basic advertisement linked to a landing page with full information. This makes it more simple to post the ad and to track the number of people interested in it. I also have designed several fully HTML ads for Craigslist.

I have posted ads on other online classifieds websites, but Craigslist is by far the most used.

Search Engine Optimization

When designing a website, I always keep in mind how the search engines will view it. I have a checklist of things to do and things to avoid. I also have overhauled a few websites that had very poor search engine optimization practices.
